Jeff the Chef

Jeff is the Renaissance man of hospitality. On the creative side, he is a highly respected Executive Chef, restaurateur, and engaging media personality, and on the commercial side he’s a successful business stalwart in one of the toughest industries there is. 

Originally hailing from a small country town near the Riverina of NSW, Australia, his three decades of cooking began with his desire to work with the best. He’s run kitchens and owned restaurants across Brisbane, Sydney, London, Switzerland, and Manhattan. He’s consulted on and reinvigorated many of Sydney’s most innovative restaurants over the last two decades, including consulting on the open of Restaurant Hubert, menu implementation at Baxter’s Inn, and was Chef Patronof the highly acclaimed Beckett’s Glebe from open until November 2023. 

While creatively charged, Jeff is also a commercial realist. Without a solid profit margin, there is no culinary creativity.
