Jeff is possibly the most famous chef you’ve never heard of. An industry secret, he has consulted and collaborated on some of the most successful - and highly awarded - restaurants and pop-ups in the country. He was engaged by Swillhouse Group to open and fit out Restaurant Hubert, as well as design the menu for The Baxter Inn. He was the brains behind The Lobster Shack at The Sydney Opera House - a collaboration with Veuve Clicquot - that was so successful it sold all the lobster available in Australia and had to be imported from Singapore. Other successes in his hospitality empire include Sydney’s Chicane, Iguaçu, Tonic, Eleven Kitchen + Cellar, Bayswater Brasserie, Opera Kitchen, Cloudy Bay Fish Co., and most recently, the famed Beckett’s restaurant in Glebe.
